To be honest, I don't think Tenzin will have an arrow. Unless Aang knows how to do it and has access to the suppiles, I think the arrow tattoo will die with him... I could be totally wrong though.

I agree with you. If anything I would think Tenzin will have some sign that he's a master, but not the body arrows. I picture something small (if it's a tattoo) on the shoulder or chest or something. If it's not a tattoo though, maybe a burn or something, but I don't picture Aang wanting that to happen to anyone. Maybe a master bracelet? Though you never know, there are probably tattooists in the Avatar world, so Aang could get one of them to do, but there could be some retual or something. If anything, I picture it being just a small tattoo of airs or the Air Nomad symbols. |

I never pictured Aang's airbending kids with tattoos like his. I pictured them with one going on their arm like Aang's. That's it. :\

I think that if it were possible for Tenzin to have an arrow he would. Thr problem is that if he did have arrow tattoos he would be immediately labeled as a bender. As we are not sure yet if the benders are being injured, killed, imprisoned yet I think its safe to assume that if Tenzin did have an arrow his life could be in danger. Despite this, Tenzin's arrows could turn out to be part of the plot and his efforts in concealing them or wearing them proudly etc.

I guess it would depend on Tenzin's relationship with his father. If he really admired Aang, he'd probably want them. Because Aang's arrows were always a source of pride for him, so it would be a real honor to see his son earn them too.
Since Aang never learned the final level of airbending, and got his tattoos early due to his invention of the air scooter, I wonder what airbending move Tenzin would invent. X3

Probably what Gyatso used on those firebenders that wound up killing all of them. Now that we've seen what Sozin's Comet can do to a firebender's abilities, whatever Gyatso must have done to take down so many of them all at once must have been greater than anything we've seen Aang do. Avatar Yangchen would probably know... |
